Wait for IVRE Confirmation
Once you receive a welcome email from Canva confirming your seat is active, your personal subscription will no longer be needed.
Cancel Your Personal Subscription
At that point, you're free to cancel your individual Canva plan — you'll keep everything, just under the Iron Valley team plan going forward.
Paid Annually? We've Got You Covered
If you paid annually for your personal Canva account, after subscribing please email [email protected]. We will provide you with a link to cancel your personal subscription and receive a reimbursement for the remainder of your term.
